For corrections to a published review, tips on a service we haven't graded yet, or right-of-reply requests from operators, write to the address below. We reply to every substantive message, usually within a few days.

Right of reply
Operators of reviewed services have an unlimited right of reply. Responses are published verbatim, labelled as operator statements, attached to the review page they address. We do not pre-approve or edit right-of-reply submissions beyond trimming explicit libel of third parties.
What we won't do
We don't accept paid review slots, sponsored updates, or promotional language changes. We don't sell mailing-list access. We don't add services in exchange for backlinks. If you're a PR representative reading this page, we appreciate the information; we will not upgrade a grade for it.
